When I started my business, I didn't know what I was getting myself into. What I knew, was that I was incredibly passionate and willing to learn. Fast forward over 9 years of non-stop learning and continuing to light that spark in my heart to today each time I’m designing a session and then pick up my camera.

As I look at the stack of handwritten cards and notes in my desk drawer that I've saved over the years and the emails full of testimonials saved in my inbox from so many of you incredible people who have supported my little photo business over the years, has truly made it worth every ounce of hard work I put into it. Whenever I’m feeling frustrated with the rollercoaster of emotions that comes with trying to make a living from your own business, I go back to those love notes from each of you because it re-inspires me to keep creating and documenting for you.
